Hotfix:

• Corrected an issue that was causing players to be unable to enter the Bloody Kithicor raids if they had not completed a number of Kithicor theme quests. You will still need the proper quests in order to request the raid, but you will be able to enter it once it's spawned regardless of your quest status.
• Replaced Broken Battle Blades with Sundered Blade Shards on forage tables.
• Most rare ("named") NPCs in Seeds of Destruction zones will now summon players they hate.
