Hotfix:

• Laiyken should once again allow you in to Crystallos if you're on the proper step of his quest. If you were refused access before, hailing him again should allow you to enter the zone.
• Laiyken will no longer consume your Oil-Covered Crystal if you are not yet at the correct point of his quest.
• The Kirkoten Minders will now update the Combat task given by Fenden Helter for the Brownie Rebels.
• Beltron in Frostcrypt will once again take damage from Banish Shadows procs.
